The Digital Technology Institute for Development (DTID) is an international non-profit institute advancing the responsible use of artificial intelligence, blockchain and emerging digital technologies to support sustainable development and policy implementation.
DTID brings together professionals, researchers, technology specialists and other stakeholders to generate research, develop practical solutions, strengthen partnerships and support informed decision-making at the intersection of technology, climate change and sustainable development.
DTID is seeking experienced, proactive and people-focused Head of Recruitment to coordinate recruitment activities and support the effective delivery of human capital operations across the organisation.
The successful candidates will work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and recruitment team members to coordinate recruitment cycles, strengthen recruitment processes and ensure that DTID attracts and selects suitable candidates across its Directorates and Divisions.
The Head of Recruitment will provide overall leadership and coordination of the recruitment function, the ideal candidates will be driven, experienced and solutions-focused, with strong people-management skills and the ability to work independently while supporting an international and fully remote organisation.

Candidates should have knowledge or experience in:
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Workable or another recruitment or HR information system would be advantageous.
Knowledge or interest in climate change, sustainability, international development, artificial intelligence, blockchain and emerging digital technologies would also be advantageous.
Candidates should preferably possess:
Relevant professional qualifications or specialist training in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Management or Organisational Development would be advantageous.
Equivalent professional experience, practical experience or demonstrated capability may also be considered where appropriate.
Knowledge of an additional international language would be advantageous.
Candidates should ideally demonstrate:
Candidates considered for appointment as Head of Recruitment should demonstrate stronger evidence of recruitment leadership, team management, recruitment planning and oversight of recruitment operations.
Experience within an international organisation, think tank, nonprofit organisation, research institution, technology organisation, climate or sustainability-focused organisation would be advantageous.
