Your New Role
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
- Laminate commercial casework, cabinets, countertops, and full sheets of material
- Apply laminate accurately and efficiently while meeting production and quality specifications
- Hand edge band cabinet components
- Hand laminate specialty pieces and custom applications
- File, trim, and finish laminate to produce precise, professional results
- Safely operate routers, nail guns, and other woodworking power tools
- Follow written and verbal production instructions and established shop procedures
- Inspect your work for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality
- Assist with cabinet manufacturing and other shop production responsibilities as needed
- Keep your work area organized and follow established workplace safety procedures

- At least 1 year of professional experience laminating commercial casework, cabinets, countertops, or similar products
- Experience applying laminate sheet materials and producing high-quality finished work
- Ability to hand edge band cabinet components
- Experience hand laminating specialty pieces and custom applications
- Proficiency in filing and trimming laminate to finished-quality standards
- Ability to safely operate routers, nail guns, and other power hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to assist with additional cabinet shop and production responsibilities
- Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
