What You’ll Do

• Work as a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator supporting commercial construction and site development projects throughout the greater Philadelphia area, with Aston, Pennsylvania serving as the home base.
• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and rollers for commercial sitework.
• Perform grading, cut and fill operations, and site preparation.
• Complete trenching and excavation for utilities and site development.
• Read blueprints, site plans, and daily work plans to complete assigned work accurately.
• Coordinate with crew members to keep field operations moving safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain assigned heavy equipment.
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety standards on active construction sites.
• Travel to project locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area.

What You Need

• 2 or more years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Experience with excavation, grading, or sitework.
• Heavy civil construction experience preferred.
• Ability to operate construction equipment safely and effectively in active job sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and site layouts.
• Strong understanding of job site safety practices.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with field crews.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent attendance and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to Aston, Pennsylvania and surrounding project sites.
