What You'll Do

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while leading installation crews from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes
• Train and mentor apprentices and install helpers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Complete installation paperwork accurately
• Coordinate with dispatch and office staff to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Residential retrofit installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
• Willingness to grow with our company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Residential retrofit experience
