Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Installer Technician serving Knoxville, TN, and surrounding service areas
• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and air handlers
• Complete HVAC equipment start-ups and low-voltage and high-voltage wiring
• Evacuate, test, charge, and braze refrigerant line sets according to industry standards
• Perform installation work using proper HVAC safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain organized job sites and properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate with other HVAC team members to complete installations safely and efficiently
• Provide professional customer service throughout each HVAC installation
• Serve customers throughout Knoxville, Oliver Springs, Harriman, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Rockwood, Kingston, Lenoir City, Loudon, and Sunbright, Tennessee

• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation experience or equivalent technical training
• Working knowledge of residential or light commercial heating and cooling systems
• Mechanical aptitude and HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work from ladders when required to perform essential job duties
• Basic HVAC hand tools required
• Ability to work effectively with team members and provide professional service to customers
• Commitment to safe, quality HVAC installation practices
