Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC/R Installer on projects throughout the Indianapolis, Indiana area
• Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment for new construction, retrofit, and replacement projects
• Install rooftop units, split systems, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, display cases, refrigeration systems, and related mechanical equipment
• Install refrigerant piping, controls, refrigeration components, and mechanical systems according to project specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and installation documents
• Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, testing, and system performance checks
• Identify and troubleshoot installation issues in the field
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, customers, and other team members to keep projects moving
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite while following company safety procedures
• Complete required installation and project documentation accurately
• Deliver professional, dependable workmanship on every project

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation and/or refrigeration experience preferred
• Commercial refrigeration installation experience preferred
• Grocery store or supermarket refrigeration experience highly preferred
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC/R equipment, refrigeration systems, controls, refrigerant piping, and related components
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
• Mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a commercial installation team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to consistently follow jobsite and company safety procedures
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• Commitment to dependable attendance and quality workmanship
