Your New Role

• Work in Fort Worth, Texas, supporting daily screen remeshing and screen printing production
• Remove old mesh and adhesive from aluminum screen printing frames
• Prepare frames for remeshing using mechanical and chemical cleaning methods
• Safely use grinders, scrapers, and other frame preparation tools
• Stretch and tension screen printing mesh to specified standards
• Apply adhesive and complete screen remeshing according to company procedures
• Inspect finished screens for proper mesh tension, alignment, and overall quality
• Package completed screens for shipment
• Assist with inventory management for frames, mesh, and production supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Manage assigned workflow independently while maintaining production and quality standards

• Previous screen remeshing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with screen printing production processes, mesh counts, and tension requirements
• Ability to safely use grinders, scrapers, and other screen preparation tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to follow established safety and screen remeshing procedures
