What We're Looking For:

Leverages extensive warehouse expertise to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and mentor less experienced team members. Plays a key role in streamlining processes, resolving complex issues, and upholding safety and organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy • Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness • Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records • Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks • Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures • Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols • Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity • Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods • Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

Key Skills and Competencies: • Basic computer skills • Must be at least 18 years old • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures • Action oriented and resourceful

Minimum Education or Equivalent: No diploma required; Strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential

Minimum Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience
