Role Overview

We are looking to engage with accomplished senior leaders who have experience leading, building and scaling large, complex organisations and capabilities in India.

The leadership scope may span Site/Centre Leadership, GCC/GBS, Technology, Digital, Product, Business Operations, Shared Services or other enterprise functions, depending on the opportunity.

Relevant leaders will typically bring a strong track record of organisation building, strategic and operational leadership, transformation, global stakeholder management, talent development and operating effectively within complex, matrixed environments.

Leadership Experience

Profiles may bring experience across one or more of the following areas:

Site / Centre Leadership

• Leading and scaling large teams, functions, business units or centres in India.
• Building organisational capabilities aligned with broader enterprise priorities.
• Establishing strong governance, operating models and leadership structures.

Business & Global Stakeholder Leadership

Profile

Relevant experience may include:

• Senior leadership experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading or scaling a GCC, GBS, technology organisation, business function, shared services operation, global delivery centre or comparable environment.
• Strong business and organisational acumen with the ability to operate beyond a single functional area.
• Demonstrated experience in organisation building, transformation and leadership development.
• Experience working with senior global stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed and evolving environments.
• Strong executive presence, communication and influencing capabilities.
• Experience leading sizeable teams and developing senior leadership talent.
