RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories
- Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories
- Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories
- Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers
- Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members
- Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc
- Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends
- Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to SJM requirement
- Assist in clinical research, when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field
- Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital
- Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
- Some sales experience is preferred
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as back-up for other CRMD team members
- To be on call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours
- Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia’s and Abbott Medical Singapore’s policy and requirement
- Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore
- Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore are executed
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
