Lead Engineer

The Engineer is responsible for engineering operations within the facility, including maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role leads the engineering team, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintains efficient building operations.

Pay: $99,840 - $114,400

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

· 5+ years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and BAS systems

· Experience leading work in commercial buildings

· Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate multiple priorities

· Strong communication, documentation, and vendor management skill
