The Opportunity
The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leadership at Adobe's top customers to craft strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. As part of our Strategic Advisory team, you'll partner directly with customers to define bold digital visions, align executive leadership, and build the transformation roadmaps that elevate and transform our customers' digital experience.
What You'll Do
Take part in client-facing strategy engagements for customers. In each engagement, you'll join a dedicated team working to solve our customers' biggest digital transformation challenges. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects to deliver value for customers. We seek candidates who can contribute in one or more of the following areas:
- Leverage data, research, and industry insights to help customers understand the current state of their digital experience and how their own customers experience their digital platforms
- Partner with customers to define bold digital visions, align executive leadership, and build transformation roadmaps that drive business outcomes
- Facilitate innovation and discovery workshops that bring cross-functional stakeholders together to align on business priorities, surface challenges, and co-create transformation opportunities
- Translate customer goals and pain points into prioritized use cases and a sequenced roadmap for Adobe investment
- Support high-value opportunities end-to-end, from account planning and qualification through deal closure
Develop as a business leader! You'll learn about a wide range of Adobe products as you collaborate with people across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services. The Digital Strategy Group supports clients across the following industries: Retail & Consumer Goods, High Tech & Manufacturing, Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Communications, Media & Travel, and Public Sector. You'll complete a survey close to your start date to determine your industry team, where you'll deepen your subject matter expertise as you execute strategy engagements.
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
- Ability to participate in a full time internship between May - September 2027
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Interest in business strategy, technology, or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities or work/internship experience
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work optimally with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate sophisticated ideas and craft strong narratives both verbally and in writing
- Ability to project manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
