RPA Developer II ( Mid-Level )

We are looking for a talented RPA Developer II to join our growing team at Advansys. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using automation tools and frameworks. You will work closely with business analysts to understand process requirements and improve automation efficiency.

Key responsibilities include developing automation workflows, testing RPA solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes through automation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in RPA development or automation.
• Hands-on experience in UiPath with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of automation solutions
• Good understanding of RPA concepts, workflow troubleshooting, exception handling, and issue resolution
• Experience working with databases, APIs, Document understanding and basic IT/infrastructure concepts
• Ability to manage incidents, support requests, and production issues within agreed SLAs
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise automation environments
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes. Basic knowledge of scripting or programming such as Python or PowerShell
• Prefer to have Certifications in RPA tools or UiPath certifications
