Facilities Management is an integral element of the Business Affairs team and serves to create, maintain, and continuously improve the William & Mary physical environment to enable excellence in teaching, research, and public service.
The Senior HVAC Mechanics are responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment. Specific duties include but are not limited to: Independently performs maintenance and repairs and assists lower-level employees, training them as needed. Ensures preventive maintenance is performed as scheduled and is properly documented. Oversees the energy management control systems (EMCS). Utilizes the work order system for documentation and customer response cards.

Hiring Range: $45,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience
