What You Will Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
• Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Complete service requests efficiently with a focus on quality workmanship and resident satisfaction
• Perform preventive maintenance and support community upkeep
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• Coordinate with vendors and help ensure quality standards are maintained
• Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs

What You Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, or a related environment
• Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, or general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with a commitment to quality and safety
• Flexibility to support community needs, including evenings, weekends, rotating on-call responsibilities, and seasonal business demands
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including moving equipment, tools, and materials as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

What You Need to Know
