We are seeking highly motivated PhD candidates in Electrical Engineering to join our engineering

team. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research while working

alongside experienced engineers on real-world semiconductor design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, design, simulation, and optimization of advanced electrical and electronic

systems.

• Support the development of Analog, Mixed-Signal, RF, or Digital circuit designs.

• Perform circuit modeling, simulation, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools.

• Contribute to silicon validation, laboratory testing, characterization, and performance analysis.

• Analyze experimental data and recommend design improvements.

• Develop automation scripts using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

• Present technical findings and participate in research discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering.

• Strong background in Analog Design, Mixed-Signal, RF, Digital IC Design, Semiconductor

Devices, VLSI, Signal Processing, or Power Electronics.

• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, or similar EDA tools.

• Knowledge of CMOS technologies and semiconductor fundamentals.

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• IEEE publications.

• Semiconductor or custom IC design experience.

• Lab experience with silicon validation.

• Python, MATLAB, Tcl, SKILL, or C/C++ programming.

• DRC/LVS and post-layout simulation experience.

• Machine learning for circuit design is a plus.
