Sr. Supply Chain Manager, EU Carrier Health

As a Sr. Supply Chain Manager on the Carrier Health team, you'll lead programmes that identify and mitigate carrier risk, fraud, and non-compliance — keeping millions of packages, customers, and drivers safe every day across the EU.

You'll own end-to-end programme strategy at European scale, designing and delivering mechanisms that proactively safeguard network integrity. Partnering with Legal, Safety, Operations, and Technology teams, you'll turn complex risk signals into scalable solutions that strengthen the carrier ecosystem. Key job responsibilities - Review risk signals and programme metrics across EU markets, triaging emerging threats and prioritising focus areas. - Lead cross-functional syncs with Legal, Safety, and Operations to drive programme launches and align on carrier risk decisions. - Dive into data — analysing compliance trends, iterating on risk models, and identifying gaps before they impact the network. - Coach and develop team members, unblocking escalations and building capability. - Translate complex risk problems into clear narratives that influence senior leadership across EU Transportation. - You'll balance strategic thinking with operational rigour — always with protecting the network front of mind.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in program or project management - Experience in supply chain - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience leading process improvements
