User Acquisition - Events

We’re looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed User Acquisition to manage Bump’s event campaigns worldwide. Someone who gets just as excited about discovering a new festival as seeing a campaign take off.

You’ll find opportunities around the world, work with our local content leads, and run paid acquisition. You’ll need good instincts, a head for numbers, and the drive to take an idea and actually make it happen.

YOU ARE:

- Curious, and interested in what’s happening beyond your own feed.

- Just as comfortable discussing a creative idea as digging into campaign results.

- Someone who brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for a brief.

- Good at getting different people working toward the same goal, across countries and cultures.

- Scrappy and experimental, but rigorous with budgets and details.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Find the events Bump should be paying attention to, from major festivals to local discoveries.

- Build creator campaigns with in-country content leads, from choosing the right creators to briefing and launch.

- Run and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant channels, owning budgets and performance.

- Turn great creator content into high-performing ads, test new ideas, and scale what works.

- Work closely with content and product to share learnings and make each campaign better.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets, ideally for a consumer app.

- A strong understanding of paid social, especially TikTok and creator-led campaigns.

- Comfortable using data to make decisions.

- Experience coordinating projects with different teams.

- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

- Excited to work in person with our team in Paris.
