About the Role
As the Premium Manager at Etihad Park, you are responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of premium seating and its assets –suites, lounge, clubs, etc. Your role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue for seasonal and multi-year agreements, as well as single event rentals. You will target both corporate clients and individual customers, leveraging your proven track record in sales to cultivate new business relationships while maintaining existing client accounts.
As a Premium Manager, you are committed to the financial well-being and growth of the Premium Sales & Service program and the guests who participate in it. Your contributions will drive short- and long-term revenue results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)
- Manager the entire Suite services operation and two Premium Club operations (Sideline & Centerline).
- Responsible for hiring and discipline of Suites/Clubs staff within the guidelines of the collective agreement.
- Formulate and implement specific departmental training for all positions; monitor and mentor.
- Responsible for inventory control of all pantries and Suites/Clubs including par-stocks, security of product, and monthly reporting via Yellow Dog.
- Understand and enforce Legends Hospitality’s health and safety policies/practices.
- Manage the scheduling of all positions to ensure union compliance without needless overtime
- Oversee food expediting from main & suite kitchen (including hot and cold food, sauces, breads, etc.)
- Liaison with Kitchen and Warehouse, to ensure proper Suite & Club service
- Ensure top service to wow and delight guests
- Enforce all rules and standards of Legends Hospitality
- Understand and enforce alcohol compliance policies
- Manage relationships with NYCFC premium sales team as well as any relevant parties from Etihad Park
- Manage financial controls in COS, labor, and inventory to meet company targets and stretch goals
- Implement all Suite/Club standards and manage assets (small wares) including transportation, storage, and breakage
- Manage waste, breakage, and staff meals/beverage to ensure monthly reporting is accurate
- Implement any projects and duties assigned by management.
- Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic office applications for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, collective agreement provisions, and regulatory requirements for day-to-day operations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, food and beverage, or hospitality environment. Club environments are a plus.
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience in Suite's environment.
- Familiarity with unionized environments and experience managing unionized employees.
- Working knowledge of inventory control systems, cost management, menu development and costing, and basic financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of inventory and POS systems used in concessions or quick-service operations.
- Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of cooking or quick food service operations.
- Understanding safe food handling policies and standards; food handler certification is an asset.
- Understanding responsible alcohol service regulations and best practices.
- Team player with the ability to work as an individual contributor when required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the Etihad Park event schedule.

Work Location: On Site Location/Venue: Etihad Park – NYCFC
Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on stadium events, matches, and concert schedules.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Legends Global offers a competitive total rewards package.
