YOUR TEAM

Our Dreamweavers are the reason a stay at Bolt Farm feels like it was made for one couple. Before a couple arrives, the team learns their names, their story, and what they're celebrating. Then it turns that into moments they'll talk about for years.

The team is small and established, with clear standards and a defined path from Apprentice to Driver to Lead. Every guest's stay is measured on whether it delivered all five of our signature WOWs, and the team is building toward hitting that for every eligible guest, every week.

YOUR ROLE

As a Guest Experience Specialist II (Dreamweaver L2 – Driver), you own a guest's experience from start to finish. That means making the pre-stay call, building the personalization plan, prepping the setup, executing it, and documenting the result. Nobody hands you a checklist. You take the reservation and make sure it lands.

You've mastered the standard, so you handle the usual curveballs yourself: a late check-in, a reveal time that moves, a missing supply. You bring in the Lead only when something falls outside the playbook. You'll also be the person newer Dreamweavers learn from on shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own assigned reservations end to end, from pre-stay intel through setup, reveal, and documentation

- Run pre-stay calls to capture the occasion, preferences, timing, and personalization opportunities

- Build and deliver a personalization plan for each couple, including one WOW tailored to their story

- Execute proposal, anniversary, honeymoon, and celebration setups to standard, with photo proof

- Deliver Bath Butler setups precisely timed around spa sessions

- Handle routine schedule changes and setup issues independently, escalating only what's outside standard

- Keep par levels on celebration, romance, meal, and WOW inventory, and flag shortages early

- Coach Apprentice Dreamweavers on shift

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years in a guest experience, event setup, or similar hands-on hospitality role

- Experience coordinating directly with guests or clients before an event or service

- Experience managing inventory or supplies against par levels

- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and a task-management tool (ClickUp, Breezeway, Asana, or similar)

- Valid driver's license, availability for weekends and occasional evenings, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

NICE TO HAVE

- Wedding, proposal, or event planning and setup experience

- Floral design, décor styling, or visual merchandising

- Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality

- Experience training newer teammates
