WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Talent Development Program Administrator, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Braze. You will be instrumental in the end-to-end program management of our global New Hire Onboarding Program, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and connected with critical information, from day one. You will also manage the process for enrolling, coordinating, tracking completion and data collection for other key learning programs: Braze Leadership Explorer, Manager Essentials and Aspiring Leaders Programs. Additionally, you will support the broader Learning Experience Design team, helping to create engaging learning materials to drive professional growth across the company.

  • Responsibilities: New Hire Onboarding & Experience Own the day-to-day administrative operations and logistics for the global new hire onboarding program across AMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. This includes scheduling, coordinating with facilitators, and preparing all necessary materials Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers during the onboarding journey. Work cross-functionally with internal key stakeholders Confidently facilitate key components of the program, both in-person and virtually, to provide new employees with foundational knowledge about our company and business Manage and maintain all onboarding program materials and platforms Manage and maintain participant information including enrollment, project completion, data collection and general communication for a full suite of TD programs Collect and analyze new hire feedback and program data to identify areas for improvement. Propose and help implement minor program adjustments to continuously enhance the onboarding experience Support the development of a long-term roadmap to evolve the existing onboarding program into a more dynamic and automated experience that reflects our talent development strategy Learning Experience Design Support Create and format engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentation decks, and job aids, using various content authoring tools Help manage timelines and deliverables for both onboarding and wider talent development initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track, and providing regular updates to the team Simplify complex learning content into easy to understand and clear learning experiences

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have:

  • 3-5 yrs of professional experience
  • Familiarity in using learning management systems, HR systems, and other related software
  • Executive presence to represent Braze with professionalism and personality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment while also working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
  • Excellent coordination, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $67,000 and $81,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $74,000 and $90,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
