Job Description:
Broadcom is looking for Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer who designs, simulates, and optimizes high-performance transistor-level circuits, data converters, and high-speed I/Os, and power management for advanced semiconductor process nodes.
Core responsibilities include: Circuit Design & Modeling: Design analog blocks (such as ADCs, DACs, bandgaps, LDOs, and PLLs) using transistor-level and behavioral modeling tools
Layout & Verification: Draw or oversee physical custom layouts, running SPICE and post-layout extractions to minimize parasitics.
Silicon Bring-Up & Lab Testing: Characterize integrated circuit (IC) performance in the lab using test equipment, debug hardware issues, and collaborate with automatic test equipment (ATE) engineers.
Qualifications include: Education: Master’s degree (MSEE) or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive industry experience.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience depending on the seniority level (Staff, Senior, or Lead).
Tool Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Cadence design tools (like Cadence Virtuoso and Analog Artist) and MATLAB.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00
