About the Team The ByteDance Seed team, established in 2023, is on a mission to discover new frontiers in artificial general intelligence. We are a world-class AI research team dedicated to long-term, foundational research that drives real technological progress and societal benefit. Our work spans large language models, computer vision, world models, and next-generation interfaces. With labs across the U.S., Singapore, and China, our research already powers over 50 applications, including Doubao, Coze and Jimeng.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support two key areas: interview coordination for our Research and Engineering teams and the day-to-day operations of the internship program. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners, this role will help ensure seamless coordination, effective program execution, and a high-quality stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities: Interview Coordination - Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to coordinate interviews for Research and Engineering roles. - Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers, managing availability, scheduling, calendar changes, and timely communication. - Provide real-time, on-call interview support and promptly resolve scheduling conflicts, attendance issues, technical difficulties, and other last-minute changes.

Internship Program Management - Partner with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to manage internship-related processes, including internship extensions. - Provide day-to-day support to interns, maintain program data, conduct analysis, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the intern experience.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or internship program management is preferred.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29 - $50. Placement in the range depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.
