Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Operation - Amsterdam

Responsibilities - Drive and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), transfers, and stock takes; maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely intervention on discrepancies. - Serve as the first point of escalation for all supply chain operational matters within assigned regions; monitor and report operational KPIs, including asset accuracy and discrepancy metrics. - Audit operational process flows to ensure adherence to logistics management and finance compliance requirements. - Oversee and manage Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) or internal warehouse activities, and support last-mile delivery processes to LSPs or integrated warehouses. - Perform hands-on physical warehouse activities such as goods receiving, transfers, and distribution, while operating TMS, WMS, and equivalent inventory management systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Security, and Platform; execute complex relocation, decommission, and liquidation plans. - Manage EU and Norway import/export processes, including CPC and HTS classification, BTI rulings, bonded warehousing regulations, load factor calculations, and carbon emission methodology to support green logistics.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree in a supply chain or logistics management field, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of Supply Chain and Logistics Management experience within Data Center space - Familiarity with TMS, WMS and inventory management equivalent systems - Experience executing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Experience collaborating with individuals across internal and external organizations, other geographies, and a "hands-on" approach to accomplish all necessary tasks - Self-driven. Adaptive to multi-culture environment - Professional proficiency level is required in English

Preferred Qualifications - Master degree in supply chain management. - Experience with data center hardware, including servers and network equipment - Analytical skills to query data sources and glean insights from complex data - Knowledge of and experience with regional customs regulations on exports, import experience. Global Trade regulations experience is a plus.
