About Job:

• Conducting root cause analysis and formulating solutions for equipment failures and product failure modes. Ensure equipment's running smoothly meet production requirement.对设备故障和产品失效模式做出根本原因分析和制定解决方案，确保设备运行稳定。50%
• Coordinate internal and external resources to implement major equipment upgrades and renovations as planned能协调内外部资源完成设备的优化和升级. 10%
• Spare parts drawing and inventory management , ensure a reasonable spare parts inventory . 备件图纸和库存管理，确保所负责区域备件库存合理 10%
• Be responsible for guiding the work of technicians and enhancing their skills负责区域内技术员的工作安排，提升技术员的技能水平。10%
• Focus on key equipment indicators, such as OEE, MRRT, MTBF, etc.带领团队完成关键指标，如OEE，MRRT,MTBF等 20%
