A Brief Overview PolicyLab offers an exciting, full time Qualitative Clinical Research Coordinator position for an aspiring or early career health professional possessing strong interpersonal and analytic thinking skills. As a member of the Qualitative Research Core with frequent collaborations with PolicyLab, the RA will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams on projects related to public health programs, pediatric clinical interventions, health equity, and maternal child health, while receiving additional methods training and supports through the core’s infrastructure. This environment provides ample opportunities for skill development and professional growth, given exposure to both qualitative and quantitative experts on various projects across multiple content areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing qualitative methods, e.g., interviewing and focus group moderation, in a public health setting with a high degree of professionalism. Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities, and communication and writing skills are necessary. Exposure to qualitative coding, interacting with study participants, and IRB protocols are expected. Candidates who speak and write fluently in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Vietnamese or French will be highly preferred. This person will need to exercise discretion and judgment in the execution of research protocols, data collection and management, analysis of data, general project support, and must work closely with the project team to ensure all grant timelines, standards, and reporting requirements are met.

SALARY RANGE:
$53,000.00 - $66,300.00 Annually
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
