The Investment Operations Associate will also serve as a part of the larger team, providing support as needed.

The successful candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious investment operations professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex processes. They are equally comfortable working with data, managing relationships, and navigating operational challenges.

You'll gain hands-on experience spanning trading, compliance, portfolio administration, reporting, manager interactions, and process improvement, creating a broad and highly marketable skill set.
As a member of a small team managing a large and sophisticated portfolio, you'll have the opportunity to own meaningful workstreams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and make a visible impact from day one.
CHOP fosters a collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven culture where team members are valued for their expertise, partnership, and commitment to excellence. The Investment Office values intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and teamwork.
CHOP is committed to supporting employee well-being through a flexible hybrid work environment.
This schedule provides the opportunity for meaningful in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.
This role is ideal for a finance or investment professional seeking broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the management of a world-class endowment in support of CHOP's mission.
