A Brief Overview This is a part time (hourly) position offered through PolicyLab and the Division of General Pediatrics. The PriCARE trainer position will assist the Principal Investigator and more senior study staff in activities related to, PriCARE, a parenting intervention for parents of children with behavioral problems. Responsibilities of PriCARE trainer will include the following: 1) completing training on how to conduct PriCARE parenting training group sessions at CHOP, 2) conduct PriCARE parenting training group sessions at CHOP for caregivers of patients aged 18 months-6 years with reported behavioral problems, 3) conduct PriCARE parent training group sessions with foster caregivers, 4) participate in regular supervision sessions, 5) review videos of caregivers practicing PriCARE skills with their child and provide individualized feedback and coaching to caregivers, 6) participate in PriCARE refresher trainings and trainings on updates to the PriCARE model, 7) participate in and conduct fidelity monitoring observations. The PriCARE trainer must complete the required training and demonstrate mastery of skills before leading trainings with caregivers.

SALARY RANGE:
$15.00 - $507.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
