Bilingual Provider Network Manager (French & English) – Senegal
About the Role
Location: Senegal (Mandatory)
We are seeking a French and English Bilingual Provider Network Manager to join our Africa Network Management team. This role is specifically designed for professionals who are fluent in both French and English, enabling effective engagement with healthcare providers, internal stakeholders, and business partners across diverse African markets.
Based in Senegal, you will play a critical role in strengthening and expanding provider relationships across Francophone and Anglophone regions. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will help deliver exceptional provider experiences, support network growth, improve operational performance, and ensure access to high-quality healthcare services for our customers.
As a trusted partner to healthcare providers, you will manage the provider lifecycle from onboarding and education through relationship management, performance monitoring, operational support, reconciliation activities, issue resolution, and continuous engagement. Your ability to communicate seamlessly in both French and English will be essential to driving collaboration, resolving complex issues, and supporting strategic network objectives across Africa.

Required Qualifications
Location Requirement: Must be currently based in Senegal or have authorization to work in Senegal.
Language Requirement (Essential): Full professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
