Your Impact
Serve as the primary point of contact for local staff to ensure seamless communication and provide timely resolution to all HR-related inquiries. Streamline the onboarding experience and lifecycle management by meticulously maintaining employee records, documentation, and contract agreements to foster a compliant and organized workplace. Coordinate payroll, benefits, and leave administration to guarantee operational efficiency and provide reliable support for the growing engineering team in Cisco Armenia. Cultivate trustworthy relationships with colleagues to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the collaborative, friendly culture within our active work environment. Build a foundation of operational excellence through proactive tracking and diligent record-keeping to drive long-term organizational success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role within a technology or engineering environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of local employment law and labor regulations.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- High degree of professional discretion, integrity, and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a related HR role supported by relevant educational credentials.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, such as Workday or similar systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
