2025 Markets Internship Colombia

Markets is the Treasury area for the bank. We are the Business Segment that does Trading and Sales activity (Front Office) in the FX and Securities financial markets. We buy and sell bonds (securities), FX (different currencies) trade derivatives, offer hedging solutions for our clients and well as design tailor made financial solution for our clients

Responsibilities:

• Performs most basic, routine tasks/assignments
• Works under direct supervision with detailed procedures
• May service a very limited number of products/services
• Applies knowledge of routine work area procedures
• Completes standardized activities
• Exchanges basic information with other co-workers
• Resolves task related problems in straightforward situations
• Selects from a limited number of clearly defined options
• Qualifications:
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives
• Innovative and creative in solving problems
• Quick thinking and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task

Education:

• Students in business, economics, Industrial Engineering, international relations and others that have as a requirement their internship of six months or a year
