Team/Role Overview:

Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Services, Markets, Banking & International and Client (SMB&IC) Operations Division. BNM provides best in class banking services to our business partners and clients, while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi owned bank accounts. BNM global functions include: Relationship Management, Regulatory, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk and Data & Technology Management.

The Data & Technology Management function is responsible for ensuring oversight and delivery of processes and practices across the BNM organization, ensuring robust governance framework, stakeholder management, partnering within the organization, working with Risk & Controls and second line of defense. The Data & Technology Management team is the technology authority for BNM, drives the Data management program and internal reporting.

The Reporting Specialist, is a key contributor to the Data and Technology Management team, responsible for the operational execution of data analysis, reporting, and support activities. This role involves managing incoming requests, maintaining critical reporting tools and platforms, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data deliverables. The Specialist will perform detailed data analysis, support executive reporting needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and SharePoint solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Execute and manage incoming data requests, including ad-hoc reporting, BNM Hub, and SharePoint changes.
• Perform detailed data analysis, generate executive reports (e.g., KI Snapshots, Scorecards), and maintain reporting inventory.
• Administer, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and dashboards, and contribute to in-house solution development.
• Support the technology management teams for system updates, enhancements, and facilitate user acceptance and production testing.
• Ensure reporting compliance, conduct EUC evaluations, and continuously optimize data reporting processes.

What we’ll need from you:

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar operational role, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in executive-level reporting.
• Experience with SharePoint administration, development, and dashboard creation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
