What you will do:

• Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering documentation and consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation
• Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments and new business onboarding across Citi.
• Manages projects related to Trustee operations, including operational and technological initiatives and onboarding of new clients
• Coordinates and oversees project design and implementation activities, providing regular reports on their progress
• Analyzes the business rationale for initiatives proposed by Trustee teams.
• Formulate analysis of effort, cost, and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks, identify, and solve issues
• Cooperation internal and external stakeholders on an international level (IT developers, product teams, operational teams from multiple business areas)
• Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations

What we are looking for:

• 3 + years of experience in business analyses or IT project management or change management:writing business requirements process mapping project risk analysis along with developing mitigation plans

• Experience in UAT test and tests scenarios writing
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written) as you will cooperate with stakeholders on an international level
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to build to build relationships with various project stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines
• Working in agile environment is preferred but not a must
