Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Support the design, development, and validation of electromechanical assemblies, learning to balance performance, manufacturability, and cost

- Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from early prototypes through EVT/DVT/PVT builds, vendor handoff, and field deployment

- Work alongside senior engineers to communicate with vendors and suppliers, helping keep parts on schedule and to spec

- Be a proactive self-starter: take initiative, act with urgency, and bring a scrappy, hands-on approach to problem solving in a fast-moving environment

- Take ownership of your work and help keep multiple workstreams moving forward

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (completed or expected by [graduation date]) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- Hands-on hardware experience through internships, co-ops, university projects, or student teams such as Formula SAE or robotics

- Proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent)

- Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing processes such as sheet metal and injection molding

- Understanding of thermal, vibration, and environmental design considerations from coursework or projects

- Curious, eager to learn, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to work onsite. We move quicker when we're in the same room.
