We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Champaign, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Champaign
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Verify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactions
• Handle packages with care, maintaining product quality and vehicle cleanliness throughout shifts
• Collect payments and process transactions accurately when required
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization professionally
• Meet delivery time targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to navigate using GPS and digital route planning tools
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Knowledge of local Champaign area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)
• Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles (preferred)
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
