You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Own and execute key Retail & Commerce partnerships and pipeline opportunities, from prospecting and opening doors through commercial negotiation, launch and ongoing growth
• Build strong relationships with retail and enterprise partners, using insights and data to identify opportunities that grow partner performance, customer experience and incremental revenue
• Lead commercial workstreams end to end, working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product and other teams to develop proposals, navigate trade-offs and get partnerships over the line
• Build business cases and P&L models to evaluate opportunities, understand commercial levers and make clear recommendations on deal structures and investment

We're excited about you because you have...

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management or a related commercial role
• A strong track record of opening doors, building senior relationships and winning or managing enterprise partnerships
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to build business cases, understand P&L drivers and negotiate effectively
• Experience owning opportunities end to end, from prospecting through negotiation, execution and growth
• Ability to handle pushback, navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively across teams, with the judgment to lead independently and bring in senior stakeholders when needed
