Operational Excellence (OpEx)

Your Impact

You will contribute to high-impact client engagements, working alongside experienced teams and directly with clients to solve complex operational challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery of operational excellence and transformation programmes
• Leading defined workstreams and contributing to successful project execution
• Analysing operational processes, performance data, and improvement opportunities
• Conducting site-based assessments, interviews, and workshops
• Developing client deliverables, including presentations and recommendations
• Supporting the implementation of practical, sustainable improvements

Who You Are

You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to thrive in diverse, international environments.

Experience

• Experience in management consulting or a relevant industry environment
• Exposure to operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives
• Experience working in project teams or contributing to defined workstreams

Capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Education & Languages

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Mobility

• Willingness to travel across China and internationally as required
