We are committed to moving forward together. If you are inspired by purpose-driven work and a collaborative, values-led culture, we invite you to explore a career with us.
Join us at a pivotal moment as we redefine the future of financial planning and digital engagement. As Vice President of Product Management, Planning Tools and Digital Experiences, you will lead a strategically important portfolio at the intersection of financial advice, technology, and user experiences that impact more than 1 million Americans and support approximately $250 billion in client assets. You will have the opportunity to shape enterprise product strategy, influence executive-level decisions, and deliver innovative experiences that empower clients to make informed financial decisions while helping advisors and planners serve them more effectively. We are looking for a leader who combines strategic vision, product excellence, and a passion for creating intuitive experiences that simplify complexity and drive meaningful client outcomes.

Portfolio Governance, Enterprise Reuse & Cross-Channel Consistency: Establish portfolio governance, product standards, decision frameworks, and capability patterns that promote enterprise reuse, scalability, consistency, explainability, and efficient delivery across experiences. Lead executive prioritization discussions, dependency management, and risk-based tradeoff decisions across a complex portfolio.
Organizational Leadership & Product Operating Model: Lead a multi-layered product organization by developing product leaders, shaping organizational design, strengthening succession depth, and establishing product management practices that improve accountability, decision quality, execution discipline, and innovation. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, client focus, and measurable impact.
Executive Partnership, Delivery Oversight & Performance Management: Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Financial Solutions, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and senior executives to align investments, remove enterprise impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver secure, reliable, compliant, and scalable planning and digital products. Define KPIs and regularly communicate portfolio performance, insights, decisions, and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success owning enterprise product strategy, investment prioritization, and measurable outcomes for large-scale consumer-facing digital platforms and shared product capabilities spanning web, mobile, omnichannel, and internal user experiences
- Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders, executive committees, or board-level audiences on product strategy, portfolio performance, investment tradeoffs, and enterprise transformation priorities
