The Web Marketing Manager is accountable for what goes on egnyte.com, how it is organized, and how well it performs. This is a hands-on role to manage the day-to-day work of the site and lead the projects that improve it. Success takes a data-driven approach to prioritizing the work that will have the greatest impact, strong collaboration with creative, web development, product marketing, and conversion optimization, and the ability to turn their goals into pages that perform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Responsible for egnyte.com — what is on the pages, how they are organized, and how well they perform.
● Be hands-on. You will be personally responsible for the work and close to the details of every project that touches the site.
● Manage web projects from start to finish — scope, schedule, reviews, and launch — and keep everyone informed along the way.
● Work with product marketing, demand generation, sales, field marketing, and communications to turn what they need into pages that work.
● Take part in design reviews. You do not need to be a designer, but you should be able to judge creativity against business goals and best practices to give clear, useful feedback.
● Work with web development to ensure what gets built matches what was designed, loads quickly, and is accessible.
● Partner with our conversion optimization lead on testing — what to test, what the results mean, and what to change as a result.
● Use analytics to find what is not working on the site, recommend fixes, and see them through.
● Keep the site accurate and current, and apply SEO and AEO fundamentals to page structure, copy, and metadata.
● Direct internal designers, agencies and contractors on wireframes and mockups to match business requirements.
● Report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.
● Work day to day with creative, web development, conversion optimization and analytics, product marketing, demand generation, corporate communications, sales, and field marketing.
● Work a hybrid schedule from one of our U.S. offices, with in-office days set by the team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
● Seven or more years of web marketing experience, preferably at a B2B technology or software company.
● A proven track record of making a website perform better — redesign, restructuring, optimzation — and the ability to describe what changed and what it produced.
● Sound business judgment. You can tell the difference between a request that will move the business and one that will not.
● Experience running several projects at once and finishing them on time with little supervision.
● Clear communication with people who do not work on the web, including executives.
● Working knowledge of a content management system (Drupal is a plus) and an analytics platform such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
● General understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to have a productive conversation with developers.
● SEO and AEO fundamentals, both technical and editorial.
● Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization tools.
COMPENSATION:
● Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $XXXk - $XXXk annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
BENEFITS:
● Competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits
● Flexible hours and generous time off (RTO, Responsible Time Off) to help support your work-life balance
● Paid holidays and sick time
● 401(k) with company match
● Health Savings Account (HSA) with a generous employer contribution and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
● Up to 12wks of paid Parental and 10wks Adoption Leave to help you grow your family
● Modern and collaborative offices located in Draper, UT; Raleigh, NC; Mountain View, CA; Reading, England, and Poznan, Poland
● Gym, cell phone, and internet reimbursement
● Free well-being apps such as Spring Health for Guardian are offered, as well access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
● Perks include discounted pet insurance, electronics, theme park tickets, travel, plus more
● Your own Egnyte account with lifetime access

● One Medical virtual care, providing you with healthcare access across the country
