About The Role

EliseAI is rapidly expanding into new product lines serving large, sophisticated customers. As an Associate Product Manager, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to identify customer needs, shape solutions, and bring enterprise-ready products to market.

You will contribute across the product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration—while gradually taking ownership of larger product areas. This role is designed for an experienced product operator looking to grow into a senior product manager role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product opportunities

- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization

- Turn product requirements into clear specs, workflows, and edge-case definitions

- Partner with Engineering throughout development to evaluate tradeoffs and deliver high-quality solutions

- Own features and initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration

- Use product data and customer feedback to measure outcomes and guide improvements

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure enterprise launch readiness

- Improve how the Product team builds, launches, and learns as the company scales

Requirements

- Experience in product management, product operations, management consulting, or a related role in a high-growth technology company

- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred

- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering tradeoffs and translate them into clear product decisions

- Excellent written communication skills, including product specs and structured recommendations

- Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives

- High attention to detail and strong follow-through

- Desire to grow into ownership of increasingly large product areas

- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
