Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer.
Job Description:
- Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
- Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
- Ensure the maintenance and monitor IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support and resolve system incidents, problems and changes, as required.
- Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for clients and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure)
- Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools for Eg. SailPoint
- Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific application through SailPoint
- Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design, configuration guides etc.
- Defining scope of work and interacting with clients and the vendors as required during the proposal development as a part of project.
- Experience managing large enterprise environments consisting of multiple global Active Directory forests and complex GPO policies.
- Experience managing Active Directory and Okta.
- Experience administering Office 365, Azure AD.
- Experience working with or authoring scripts (preferred MS Powershell) focused on streamlining system administration, auditing, and reporting functions surrounding Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IAM implementation and support.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP).
