  • Work hands-on in enterprise environments including Windows, MacOS, and Linux, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Provide high-quality technical support to sales teams, including presentations, responses to RFIs/RFPs, and strategic technical guidance.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with security operations, CISO, compliance, and HR stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with appropriate teams to support successful technical evaluations and pilots of insider risk solutions.
  • Represent Everfox at customer meetings, technical deep dives, industry events, and insider threat working groups.
  • Maintain disciplined organization, resilience, and focus while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep understanding of insider threat detection platforms, user activity monitoring, and behavioral analytics.
  • Familiarity with user behavior analytics (UBA/UEBA) methodologies and risk scoring frameworks.
  • Experience with endpoint monitoring, digital forensics, and e-discovery tools relevant to insider risk investigations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies including SIEM, EDR, identity and access management (IAM), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Proficiency with cloud and SaaS environments including AWS and Azure.
  • Ability to articulate product positioning and value to both technical practitioners and business/compliance audiences.

  • Strong work ethic, disciplined approach, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Ability to engage credibly with security operations teams, legal, HR, and executive stakeholders on insider risk program topics.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Sales Engineer or technical specialist supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on insider risk, DLP, or UBA.
