fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.
As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.
We’re looking for a Solutions Marketer to turn everything fal has built into clear, compelling stories for the customers we want to reach.
Unlike traditional product marketing, this role isn't organized around a single product. You'll work horizontally across fal’s products, models, infrastructure, partnerships, and customer stories to answer a bigger question: what can fal uniquely help this customer build or achieve?
You'll sit close to Product to deeply understand what we're building, and equally close to Sales to understand what customers actually care about. From there, you'll connect the dots: mapping fal’s capabilities to industries, use cases, buyer needs, and strategic initiatives and turning those narratives into GTM that helps us win.
This is a highly hands-on role. You might develop fal’s story for entertainment studios, then turn it into an industry landing page, enterprise deck, customer case study, and campaign. You might work with Sales on a strategic account and realize we're missing the right proof points. Or spot that several products and partnerships together create a story we've never told before.
You'll have the judgment to identify the story and the ability to actually ship it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Solutions and industry narratives. Develop compelling stories around the problems fal solves across industries, use cases, and buyer groups. Bring together products, models, partnerships, infrastructure, and customer proof into narratives that are bigger than any individual feature.
The bridge between Product and Sales. Stay close to Product and Engineering so you understand what fal can do, and close to Sales so you understand what customers need. Translate between the two, identifying where our capabilities map to real commercial opportunities.
Customer-facing GTM assets. Turn those narratives into things people can actually use: industry and solution pages, enterprise decks, one-pagers, case studies, sales plays, competitive materials, and account-specific collateral.
Industry and use-case marketing. Build a deep understanding of the industries where generative media is changing how companies operate. Identify the use cases, buyer journeys, objections, and proof points that matter, then shape how fal shows up in those markets.
Strategic sales support. Work with Sales on important accounts and complex buying cycles. Understand where deals are getting stuck, what customers are asking for, and what stories or materials could help move them forward—then build them.
Customer proof. Find the strongest examples of fal being used in production and turn them into stories that make our value concrete. Build a library of customer examples, metrics, use cases, and proof points that can be reused across GTM.
New GTM opportunities. Pay attention to what is happening across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and our customers. Spot connections others haven't yet made and turn them into campaigns, narratives, pages, or sales plays that get fal in front of the right people.
WHERE YOU SIT
You'll sit within Marketing and work laterally across Product, Sales, Engineering, Partnerships, Design, and Comms.
The role is deliberately broad. You won't own one product or one channel. Your job is to understand the full surface area of fal, understand the customers we're trying to win, and continuously find better ways to connect the two.
Success looks like Sales having better stories to tell, customers understanding more of what fal can do for them, and more of fal's strongest capabilities turning into commercial opportunities.
YOU'RE PROBABLY A FIT IF YOU
- Have experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, enterprise marketing, or another GTM role for a technical product.
- Can understand a portfolio of complex products and synthesize them into a simple, compelling customer story.
- Think naturally in terms of customer problems, industries, use cases, and business outcomes, not just features.
- Have worked closely with enterprise Sales teams and understand how marketing can support complex buying cycles.
- Can personally create excellent landing pages, decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other customer-facing materials.
- Are an exceptional writer and editor with strong visual and editorial judgment.
- Are technically fluent enough to work directly with Product and Engineering without needing everything translated for you.
- Can operate at multiple altitudes: develop the narrative, identify the opportunity, and then open the doc and build the thing.
- Thrive in a startup environment where the most important thing to work on this week may not have existed last week.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, AI, or generative media.
- Experience marketing to enterprise creative teams, agencies, studios, or technology companies.
- Experience developing industry-specific GTM motions.
- Experience working with partnerships or alliances to build joint solutions and customer narratives.
WHAT THIS ISN'T
This isn't a traditional PMM role where you're assigned a product and own its positioning and launches.
It isn't a sales enablement function waiting for requests from Sales, either.
You'll proactively figure out where fal’s technology intersects with customer needs, develop the story around that intersection, and build whatever GTM is needed to take that story to market.
