About the Job:
As an Analyst, Analytics/Insights, you'll uncover actionable insights and drive business growth through data-driven solutions. In this role, you'll design and deliver compelling dashboards, reports, and analytics recommendations, leveraging expertise in media, website, social media, and marketing analytics. Utilizing advanced data analysis, visualization, and mining techniques, you'll uncover trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions. Your expertise will empower stakeholders to make informed choices, driving business success.
A Day in the Life:
- Extract, validate, and interpret complex data sets from diverse marketing and database platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Utilize web and media analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, DCM) and other data sources (social listening, search, syndicated data, research) to collect and summarize insights.
- Develop compelling reports and automated dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau) using summarized data, supporting informed decision-making.
- Design, implement, and validate media and website tracking tags (UTM, GTM) for accurate measurement and analysis.
- Analyze data to provide actionable commentary, findings, and observations, while supporting ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders and clients.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science (preferred), with relevant coursework in Marketing, Media, and Data Analytics.
- Prior experience in marketing analytics or related fields (advertising, retail marketing, product marketing, online marketing, loyalty marketing).
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, Python, UTM tagging, dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Datorama).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges using data-driven approaches.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to changing business needs.
- Ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights, leveraging technical expertise and analytical mindset.



68-90K/yr
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
