Job Description – Summary
The Sr. Manager of eCommerce Creative partners with SVP leadership to develop and
execute the content studio's strategic vision, driving elevated eCommerce brand
experiences through information architecture, procedural best practices, and creative
executions informed by AI-powered search, retailer strategies, and shopper insights. This
role includes mentoring creative team leads to deliver best-in-class work, while serving as
brand steward to ensure the work balances brand purpose, creative vision, and measurable
business outcomes—translating into breakthrough eCommerce experiences that resonate
with target audiences.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
• Partner with SVP to set and execute the creative studio's strategic vision and goals,
establishing workflows and processes that ensure best-in-class delivery. Lead creative
oversight, manage projects and external resources, and drive implementation and team
training on AI tools to deliver more efficient and effective outcomes for clients.
• Guide creative strategy that balances brand purpose, artistic vision, and measurable
business outcomes—ensuring every creative decision is informed by insight and data
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring the creative team,
conducting performance reviews, and identifying meaningful opportunities for
professional growth.
• Serve as brand steward for clients' brands, understanding shopper mindsets and
consumer behaviors to inform creative direction and ensure work resonates with target
audiences through elevated storytelling and breakthrough eComm experiences.
• Develop and execute content and UX strategies for retailer product detail pages
(PDPs), brand shops, and display creative using information architecture, content
hierarchy, and usability/accessibility best practices to shape product experiences.
• AI Innovation: Lead creative AI tool learning and development (including Figma) to
streamline production and future-proof deliverables.
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, generative search, and retailer platform
innovations to anticipate opportunities and keep the team at the forefront of industry best
practices
• Partner with account leads on briefs, client presentations, recommendations, review
creative outputs, and inform measurement plans or program recaps.

• Serve as the agency's digital shelf champion by supporting integration and "total
commerce" efforts with existing and new clients
• Bringing eCommerce expertise and creative strategies to support new business efforts.
• Provide strategic guidance and POVs for digital shelf, retail UX, and AI search best
practices
• Identify opportunities for integration inside and outside the content studio and define
ways of working
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and resources while overseeing workflow across
copy and design teams, collaborating with account teams to ensure client deliverables,
timelines and creative expectations are met and exceeded.
• Communicate content strategies, roadmaps, and test results to internal and external
stakeholders, translating concepts into actionable creative recommendations
