// WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Momentum Worldwide is looking for an ambitious, critical thinker with sports & sponsorship marketing experience and passion for pursuing meaningful insights to impact branded experiences. Our Manager, Partnerships will be responsible for providing strategic counsel to guide our clients’ sponsorship investments within the world of sports and entertainment -- specifically soccer. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to be part of the fast-growing Partnerships discipline at an award-winning, creative brand experience agency.

// HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Manage client deliverables related to partnership management and industry insight Facilitate day-to-day client and partner communication with respective counterparts. Manages partnership assets and trackers to ensure partnerships are executed effectively and efficiently Develops and delivers strategic POVs/sponsorship evaluations and presentations Liaise with Business Leadership and other internal/external stakeholders Ability to present or support presentation of findings and internal recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and cultivate junior- to mid-level client relationships, using both initiative and judgment to adapt communication to the appropriate levels of the organization.
  • Supports various internal and external projects related to both existing clients as well as any growth-focused initiatives (e.g., RFP responses, pitches, presentations)
  • Works collaboratively with other disciplines and SMEs at Momentum, such as Research, Strategy, Measurement & Analytics when applicable to drive partnerships projects forward.
  • Knowledge of or desire to learn the sponsorship landscape as it relates to sports, music & entertainment or arts & culture.
  • Displays natural intellectual curiosity – always seeks to understand the “why”.
  • Supports training and development of other staff members where appropriate.
  • Supports Momentum’s “Be One” values – seeks to be a good teammate.Contribute to an environment that facilitates mutual respect and partnership across functions, and facilitates innovative thinking, appropriate risk taking, and open lines of communication.

// HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS):

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred - Within Marketing or a related field of study.
  • 5 - 7 years of client leadership/client management and sponsorship experience
  • Sports Sponsorship and/or Experiential experience .
  • Agency or other relevant sponsorship experience strongly desired.
  • Exceptional relationship and influencing skills .
  • Negotiation experience on partnership and sponsorship deals preferred.
  • Experienced in strategic thinking and ability to see, articulate and drive to the big picture
  • Passion and solution orientated approach to problem solving
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating effectively with clients.
  • Experience presenting materials to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-changing environment.
  • Exceptional client management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • A passion to help and develop people – making yourself readily available to answer questions and offer support, and the ability to motivate people to succeed





The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
