The Lobby Concierge is the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, delivering a warm, polished, and highly professional welcome experience. Reporting to the Client Relations Manager and working alongside the Workplace Hospitality team, this role ensures every visitor experiences a seamless check-in. The Lobby Concierge also supports the registration process for larger meetings and events; preprinting and distributing guest passes to attendees upon arrival.

The ideal candidate pairs hospitality expertise with discretion, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence – anticipating needs, resolving requests, and creating memorable interactions that reflect the standards of the firm. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Compensation: $31.00/hr

The Lobby Concierge will adhere to building management policies, partner closely with Security and Building Management, promptly report any lobby incidents, and is expected to be fully trained on the building management systems.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Greet and direct clients and guests, responding to needs and inquiries with a hospitality-focused approach

• Manage visitor registration and issue guest passes via building management systems and software

• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter

• Coordinate with Building Management, Premises, and Security teams on high profile visitors and to escalate any issues

• Assist with guests’ belongings and escort them to conference rooms as appropriate

• Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily activities; produce reports from the building management system

• Support meetings and events as needed

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all clients, guests, meetings and firm activities, adhering to the firm’s non-disclosure obligations and information handling policies at all times.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 3+ year experience in lobby/ reception, security, or five-star hotel front-of-house, supporting C-sure executives or high-profile clientele

• Familiarity with security protocols, visitor management systems (e.g., Angus, Envoy, OfficeSpace), and building access control

• Composure and professionalism under pressure, particularly during high-volume periods and VIP arrivals

• Impeccable personal presentation consistent with an investment banking environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable and flexible; shift hours may vary weekly based on meetings and guest volume
