About Us - Orthopedics Located on the fourth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West 29-bed unit providing post-operative care to adult patients following Orthopedic trauma, head injury, and scheduled joint or spine surgery We provide a patient-centered approach to helping patients return to their best by coordinating efforts with our therapy team to help ensure a successful recovery Our focus is on building a team-centered work environment where compassion is key, patient safety is paramount, and you will have the ability to make a difference in the lives of your patients and their families

What You’ll Do

Under The Direction/Supervision Of A Nurse, Provides Basic Nursing Care Needs For Assigned Patients.

Requirements • Currently Enrolled In RN Nursing Program And Beginning Final Semester Of Nursing School • Must Successfully Pass Patient Care Orientation (PCO) Within 30 Days Of Hire. • AHA BLS For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days. • NT Competency Day Annually By Transcript Due Date.
