Type of Requisition: Pipeline Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret SCI + Polygraph Public Trust/Other Required: None Job Family: Security Operations Job Qualifications: Skills: Customer Service, Data Entry, Microsoft Office Certifications: None Experience: 1 + years of related experience US Citizenship Required: Yes Job Description: Security Assistant II Customer Relations tasks: Interface between Government agencies and industrial organizations for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to customer programs Maintain accurate personnel data in all files Update the customer database Conduct an annual file audit Maintain accuracy of customer’s database records, e.g., briefing and debriefing dates Prepare, as directed, cases for expedited requests from PSO and/or PSM Support security clearance reciprocity efforts for access to customer programs Utilize multiple IC databases Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security Ability to elicit, articulate, and document information in a well-organized manner Participates in special projects as required. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated customer service and telephone skills; Ability to work independently on assigned tasks. Database data entry skills; Ability to learn various databases during performance of the contract; and Prioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skills. Experience in security personnel processing related to background investigations; Knowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelines. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
