Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant with expertise in Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI solution development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing AI-powered business solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Conversational AI, and Intelligent Automation.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects to transform business processes through AI-first solutions built on Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service, Sales, Contact Center, Field Service, Marketing) will be a significant advantage.

1. AI Strategy & Consulting

Responsibilities

• Assess client business processes and identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and AI maturity evaluations.
• Define AI use cases and business value realization roadmaps.
• Recommend appropriate AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation approaches.
• Facilitate AI workshops, discovery sessions, and design thinking engagements.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution blueprints.

2. Azure OpenAI Solution Development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI.
• Configure and optimize:GPT-4o GPT-4 Turbo Embedding Models Reasoning Models
• Build prompt engineering frameworks.
• Develop secure and scalable GenAI architectures.
• Design prompt orchestration and AI workflow pipelines.
• Implement Responsible AI and governance controls.

• Improve LLM responsiveness through contextual grounding.
